libiso9660-dev software package provides library to work with ISO9660 filesystems (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libiso9660-dev
libiso9660-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libiso9660-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libiso9660-dev *
You will get with libiso9660-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
